What will happen after booking?
After booking we will contact you by message confirming your personal checklist then our cleaners will strictly follow the check list making sure each one of them is done beyond the standard
Genral clean/Deep clean
Frist visit fee is for genral cleaning and, deep cleaning service gives us more time to clean build up dusts, mold and stains, if you are swapping from another company to us and your place has been regularly cleaned , you do not need to add this
No, you don’t ,you can choose to give us a key or put it somewhere safe for us to get
Our cleaners are all background checked and local, so you’re in safe hands.
We will supply all equipment and chemicals, if you would like us to use yours, please let us know
Our cleanere strictly follows our quality standards and always work by the check list , if you dont feel like our work is done right please let us know immediately we will get it right!
Yes, 90% time will be the same two cleaners if one is off that day the other cleaner can still be familiar with the site
End of lease cleaning
The machine spray hot steam on to the carpets and sucks back into machine as it go's, Steam Carpet cleaning machine is designed to extract dirt, dust, pollen, dander from the carpet that will give improved hygiene effect, solutions we put in the machine is for better and easier extraction ,
Any colored stain(food ,dye, oil) will only be improved slightly , if that's the case the stain should be treated with in 12 hours with a special stain remover and steam extraction machine that way there's a 90% chance the carpet can be fixed
Steam carpet cleaning is calculated as per '1 area ' for bedroom its 1 ，study room is 1 for hallway its 1 ，for living area its 2， for dining area its 1， or every 15m as 1 area witch way
If you have pets your agents will be asking you to do a flea treatment , a flea treatment certificate will be provided to agent after treatment

When you make a booking online you can choose to pay online or in person when finish ,we are local family business we build the business by trust and faith we will make sure its done right every time! .
If your agen is not satisfied with the end of lease clean, then we’ll send the cleaners back to redo the job free of charge.
To be eligible for the bond back guarantee, you just need to tell us that there was a problem with the clean within 3 days of the job being completed.
As long as you let us know with 72 hour of the jobs completion, we’ll send the cleaners back to redo it free of charge.
Only checklist items you have booked will be re-cleaned free of charge.

Vacuum= Vacuum diffents vacuum and heads is used according to conditions (pet, wooden floor ,tiles).
Dust = Using a Dusting tool to remove dust on surface.
Wipe/mop = Wipe or mop surface with soapy water, surface spray, floor cleaner (Chemical will be used if requires not too please inform us).
Deep Clean = Back to its best condition cleaning can do (Chemical will be used).

General cleaning: is for day to day cleaning best suitable for weekly or fortnightly this includes :

Bathrooms- Deep clean and sanities toilet, wipe and santies bathtubs and showers , wipe down cabniet exteriors, wipe and polish sink and taps.
Bethrooms-Tidy beds, dust and wipe down furnitures, dust and wipe electronics ,tidy shoes clothes and toys ,
The the main differents between general cleaning and deep cleaning is that deep cleaning have remove covwebs, dusting skirting boards, doors, door, frames, wipe lamps , lights fixtures ,light switches and celing fans , plus bathroom scrub mineral buildups ( thats mainly on the shoshower screens and showers walls) and mould.
Summary for: End of lease Cleaning
For our End of lease cleaning almost everything is included except you need to concider do you need :Hot steam Carpetcleaning, flea treatment, more then 1 set of sliding door( 1 set is included) full wall detailing (spot cleaning is included) is there a balcony, how big? is there a garage, is there blinds,luvers, or certins needs steam cleaing? is there a dryer ? is there dishwasher ?
